Dear Homeowner,
The Board of Directors of Karankawa Townhouse Owners Association will have our next quarterly meeting on Wednesday, January 27th, 2021 at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held via Zoom. Log in will be provided to homeowners.
The Board will be discussing general issues and the 2021 Budget.
All homeowners are welcome to attend and observe Board meetings. The first 15 minutes prior to the KTOA Board meetings are designated for "open feedback" by KTOA homeowners who register in advance to speak. Registration can be submitted to ktoahoa@gmail.com by Tuesday, January 26th at 7:00pm. This 15 minutes will be divided equally among registered speakers with 5 minutes maximum time for each.
The board is interested in knowing that all of you have received this notice regardless of your interest in attending. Please reply with your confirmation of receipt.

Residents,
Our ANNUAL MEETING is scheduled for Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 10:30 AM. Due to COVID-19 we will be hosting this year's meeting via Zoom. Log in details will be provided to homeowners.
The meeting agenda is attached for your information.
A preliminary copy of the 2020 Annual Meeting Minutes is attached for your review prior to the meeting.
Every year the HOA meeting is scheduled on the last Saturday of January as per our By-Laws. This is the meeting where many issues are covered that will affect all of us financially and otherwise. It is VERY important to have full attendance at this meeting. Although you may be planning to attend the meeting, unexpected events can happen; therefore, it is always a good idea for each of you to submit your Proxy BEFORE the meeting. The proxy will be voided if you are present at the meeting. Attached please find a Proxy form. You may submit a proxy no later than January 29, 2021 by 10:30 AM via email to ktoahoa@gmail.com.
