KTOA Annual Meeting 2015

Our annual meeting is scheduled for Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 17601 SAN LUIS PASS, Galveston, TX 77554 at 1:30 PM.

In preparation for the meeting, we encourage you to review the following reference materials available on the KTOA Members Only website for information relevant to this meeting:

The following is a partial list of items on the agenda which represents the primary purpose(s) of the meeting. The complete agenda will be available on the KTOA Members Only website within 10 days from the meeting date:

· Introduction of new owners

· Review of Fiscal year 2014 and projections for 2015

· Repair projects – identifying and planning next steps for deck and stairs repairs and/or replacement

· Election of two members to fill two open Board position (Note: we are seeking candidates interested in serving). Ballot is attached.

Every year the HOA meeting is scheduled on the last Saturday of January as per our Bylaws. This is the meeting where many issues are covered that will affect all of us financially and otherwise. It is VERY important to have full attendance at this meeting. Although you may be intending to attend the meeting, unexpected events can happen; therefore, it is always a good idea for each of you to submit your Proxy BEFORE the meeting. The proxy will be voided if you are present at the meeting. Attached please find a Proxy. You may submit proxy no later than January 29, 2015 by 12:00 PM via email to ktoahoa@gmail.com

Nominations of candidates for the Board positions may be made in advance of the meeting by responding to this email or on the floor the date of the meeting. If you are interested in participating on the Board, contact one of our board members or reply to this email address. The board members will elect officers at the first board meeting following the annual meeting. Many of the board members have served for many years. A change on the board is not only welcomed but can prove to be beneficial as new members always bring new ideas.
