KTOA Governing Documents

Pursuant to the laws governing Homeowners Associations in the State of Texas, we are required to publish public copies of the various official and registered documents which govern our community. Since these documents have been formally registered with the County of Galveston, they're already in the public domain. However, publishing them in an on-line format presents them in a far more digestible form and enables full-index electronic searching.

Except where noted, each sub-page listed in the table of contents below contains the full text of that document, plus a PDF version which includes the relevant signatures and notary seals. You may search any and all of these pages using the "Search this site" box at the top of this page.
