The Board of Directors of Karankawa Townhouse Owners Association will meet Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 1:00 PM. The location of meeting will be: 17601 San Luis Pass Road, Galveston, Texas, 77554.
All of you are welcome to attend and observe Board meetings. The first 15 minutes prior to the KTOA Board meetings are designated for “Open Feedback” by KTOA members who register in advance to speak. Registration can be submitted to ktoahoa@gmail.com by Friday, February 13, 2015 by 12:00 PM. The 15 minutes will be divided equally among registered speakers with 5-minute maximum time for each. For homeowners that cannot be present, but would like to participate in the “Open Feedback Forum” we will provide call-in instructions.
The purpose of this meeting is: Election of Officers to the Board, Adopt 2015 Budget, and vote on painting of exterior doors to a red color (Architectural Control Committee).
The agenda will be posted on the website at www.ktoa.net on the Members Only link 24 hours prior to meeting. If you have not registered for access to the Members Only link, please reply to this email with the subject line "Website Access".
The Board is interested in knowing that all of you have received this notice regardless of your interest in attending. Please reply with your confirmation of receipt.
