All KTOA homeowners are welcome to attend and observe Board meetings. The first 15 minutes of KTOA Board meetings are designated for “Open Feedback” (Homeowner Forum) by KTOA members who register in advance to speak. Advance registrations should be submitted to ktoahoa@gmail.com at least 48 hours prior to board meeting date. The 15 minutes will be divided equally among registered speakers with 5-minute maximum time for each. Thank you.
