The Board of Directors o f KTOA will meet Monday, November 11, 2013 at 6:00 PM. The primary purpose is to prepare a preliminary budget for 2014.

All of you are welcome to attend and observe Board meetings. The first 15 minutes of KTOA Board meetings are designated for “Open Feedback” by KTOA members who register in advance to speak. Registration can be submitted to ktoahoa@gmail.com by Thursday November 7, 2013, by 12:00 PM. Please provide your topic for presentation. The 15 minutes will be divided equally among registered speakers with 5-minute maximum time for each. The agenda will be posted on the website at www.ktoa.net on the Members Only link prior to meeting date.
The Board is interested in knowing that all of you have received this notice regardless of your interest in attending. Please reply with your confirmation of receipt.
