All KTOA homeowners are welcome to attend and observe Board meetings. The first 15 minutes of KTOA Board meetings are designated for “Open Feedback” (Homeowner Forum) by KTOA members who register in advance to speak. Advance registrations should be submitted toktoahoa@gmail.com at least 48 hours prior to board meeting date (by Friday, April 11th 2013 by 12:00 PM). The 15 minutes will be divided equally among registered speakers with 5-minute maximum time for each. Thank you.
The agenda will be posted on the website at www.ktoa.net on the Members Only link within 48 hours prior to meeting date.
The Board is interested in knowing that all of you have received this notice regardless of your interest in attending. Please reply with your confirmation of receipt.
